Why fares are differents at counters and on the Web ?

We want to encourage web bookings.

If I am 25, should I choose the 12- 25 years-old or the adult ticket?

You must take the adult ticket, the reduced price 12 - 25 years old ends on the 1st day of your birth date (25 years). On board, you must be able to provide justification (identity card, passport...).

Is there a student fare ?

We offer a youth price : 12 - 25 years old.

Is there a child fare?

FAURE Vercors offers different child tickets depending on their age and travel conditions. If your child is less than 4 years old : you can travel with him on your knees for free ( limited to one child per adult). If your child is more than 4 years old : You have to purchase a child ticket 4 - 12 years old.

Do you have fare for unemployed or senior ?

Presently, we do not have specific offers.

Is it possible to get a group discount ?

For groups of more than 10 people, the group leader travels for free, to book please contact us completing the contact form or call to 0825 825 536.

How select your price type, young, child?

To select, a young price list, in the schedules phase of reservation please click 1 passenger (blue icon), a window opens and so you can select the type and the passenger number.

How to buy my 1 book of 10 named tickets or monthly pass?

To buy your 1 book of 10 named tickets or your monthly pass, please create a customer account or connect to your customer account. Then click on my subscription, select your subscription type and your line, then go to the payment phase. After you can reserve your trip, you just have to do your reservation by using the reservation engine and select in the payment  phase your 1 book of 10 named tickets or your monthly pass.

Timetable Questions

Can I book a ticket without know the departure or arrival times?

No, your ticket is only valid for the date and time reserved.

How long before shuttle departure should I arrive at the station?

We advise you to arrive 20 minutes before the shuttle departure time.

If the plane is late, the shuttle can wait us?

No you must wait to the next shuttle. But there are shuttles every hours or every half hours.

If your shuttle arrives late and I miss my plane, what is the procedure ? Do you make a discount?

In compliance with our general sales conditions, we cannot be held responsible in the event of the airport shuttle being late. However, each request for refund is studied individually. Please supply us with all proof relating to your demand and completing the contact form.

During bank holidays, shuttles operate ?

Yes, shutlles operate 7 days a week and like a sunday (refer to timetable)

Booking Questions

Where do I purchase a ticket?

You can purchase your ticket on our web site or at one of Faure Vercors’s partners sales points.

Am I sure to have a place on board?

By buying your ticket online your place is reserved on board. We assign you a seat number.

When can I buy a ticket for the shuttle ?

For Grenoble shuttle : you can buy your ticket until the departure of the shuttle. Voiron : Internet sales are no longer available within 72 hours of departure.

How long is the shuttle ticket valid for ?

The shuttle ticket is valid only for the date and time booked. You can change your departure time (refer to our conditions).

Divers questions

What type of luggage can I carry in the luggage hold ?

Each passenger is allowed two luggages hold with a maximum weight of 23 kg each and one handbag. Label your luggages and keep your medicines and valuable or fragile objects with you. Over 2 luggages a supplement of 6,50 euros by package additional will be required.

Can I travel with my pet?

We allow small animals that can be held on your knee or under your feet on board, an additional cost of 6,50 € per animal will be applied except for guide dogs.

Can I bring a bycicle or other large luggage on the shuttle ?

If space permitting, we would be able to transport these items. Supplement 6,50€ by item.

Modification or cancellation

How can I change the date of my ticket?

If you want to change the departure date , you have to log in to your account on our website and you can change your ticket. Attention, after the departure of the shuttle booked , you can not change the date.

How can I change the departure time of my ticket ?

If you want to change your departure time , you have to log in to your account, and "My bookings", "Choose" and you can change your ticket. Attention in case of modification after the departure of the reserved shuttle , charges apply.

How can I change my ticket after the departure of the shuttle that I booked ?

If the shuttle you reserved is gone, you can change the departure time on the same day only : 4 € charges apply. Beyond , you can not change your ticket and it will no longer be usable

Can I cancel my ticket ?

Yes, you can cancel your ticket online more than 2 hours of departure booked by logging into your account. 4€ charges apply. It is not possible to cancel less than 2 hours of departure. If ticket bought at the counter, make a request to 8€ charges apply. Cancellation generates a credit note valid six months .

Means of payment

Do you take holiday vouchers?

Holiday vouchers are accepted in certain stations and agencies but not on board nor at the airport. Please check with our sales points.

Do you take American Express?

Yes, American Express is taken in all our sales points.

How can I pay on board ?

On board, you can pay by bankcard or cash (except bills above 50 €), no other payment method is taken. If you pay in cash, please give the exact amount.
